We normally don’t stay at the same place more than once but our first visit was so great, I didn’t even consider looking for anywhere else. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and nothing was too much for Lynette and her team. I mentioned when I booked it at the start of the year that it was my birthday during our stay which Lynette remembered and had a birthday card and some chocolates left in the room. It is this kind of thing that sets the Elm Tree Hotel apart from the rest. If and when we stay in Llandudno again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.”
